Shot December 2012 - January 2012, approximately 3 months after Hurricane Sandy hit the NJ coast.
This whole process was a chance for me to go home.
I think it gives a sense of hope that the current state would soon be a memory and the photographs would serve only as reminders of something that once was, not something that would continue to be.
